Project: Renovation of the office building, Bachemstrasse 8, 50676 Cologne - Altstadt Süd
Facade:
- Cleaning the facade (natural stone) by sandblasting
- Refurbishment of the foil flat roof
Indoor area:
- The stairwell was painted and the floor (natural stone) was sanded and made to shine again
- The signage for new company names has been renewed on all floors
- The offices were painted, the floor sanded down and a new, high-quality designer carpet was fitted
- Creation of a new lighting concept: All offices were equipped with new LED lamps (Tween Light LED Panel), the sanitary rooms have light-motion sensors (serves to save electricity)
- The shading of the windows has been repaired
- The sanitary rooms (M / W each separately) were equipped with a high-quality vinyl floor, painted in a matching color, new ceramics and a new, spacious washbasin were installed to provide more comfort
- The kitchen rooms have been painted
- A new DV cabling (CAT 6, 100 Mbit / s) was set up
- The roof terrace on the 2nd floor was freed from earth and dirt and converted into an accessible outdoor area: a new gravel floor was distributed, an area for seating was created with large tiles and framed with large grass plants in pots
- Clearing out the office space and archive and storage areas
- The underground car park (31 parking spaces) was repainted, the floor straightened and new space markings drawn
- The garages on the first floor were painted, the floor straightened and the roller doors repaired
- New modern security concept:
- Video / intercom system for house entrances and underground parking
- Keyless locking system
- Video surveillance at the main entrance, in the stairwell and in the underground car park
Outdoor area:
- The courtyard was painted
- The entrance area was replanted by a gardener and landscaper
- New outdoor lighting on the entire area (light motion sensors)
- Signage options as signposts have been renewed
- On the back (towards Neuköllner Straße) the green space was planted with high quality grasses by a gardener and landscaper
- The barrier for car access to the courtyard has been fixed
