Project: Core renovation Lübecker Straße 2 (Neustadt Nord)
This object is a representative shop directly at the Eigelsteintorburg.
The restaurant had to be completely renovated:



  • Core renovation
  • WWVS of the ceiling
  • Installation of steel beams
  • Basement drained and refurbished
  • New floor with underfloor heating
  • New windows
  • New electrical lines
  • New water pipes
  • Core renovation of the sanitary rooms, new fittings and modern ceramics
  • The facade was newly plastered and painted
